Our philosophy

Domaine de la Cavalière has moved towards healthy and responsible organic farming.

 

Polyculture, with olive trees, vines, vegetables from the kitchen garden, animals and also the few beehives on the estate, promotes the development of biodiversity as well as the pollination of our different crops.

Located at an altitude of 320 meters and benefiting from an environment unique to the Luberon, the Domaine is committed to putting all the natural benefits of its terroir into your hands.

The result of our work is achieved through respect for nature and the environment in which the Domaine de la Cavalière is located.

We pick all our grapes by hand in order not to crush the harvest and thus limit bacteriological problems.

Throughout the entire winemaking process, we work exclusively in a natural manner, eliminating any use of chemical yeasts, enzymes, or other winemaking products that would be detrimental to our philosophy. Only a slight addition of sulfur dioxide (SO2) may be made at certain bottling stages.
